Winemaking: CUVÉE ÚNICA 2017 is a wine that comes from the Valdemar family’s own vineyards, with a predominance of the oldest Tempranillo grapes, which provide structure and elegance. To this base is added a blend of native varieties such as Graciano and Maturana, which give it complexity and freshness.
Pairing notes: A wine designed to be the perfect match for your special moments. Ideal to enjoy with grilled meats, steak tartar or a selected cheese board. In addition, if you are a lover of good chocolate, you will discover a surprising pairing that will elevate your experience.
Limited edition and solidarity: The label of this special edition bears a unique dedication: “Tribute to Our Members”, in recognition of the fundamental role they play in the prestige of the club. In addition, 25% of the sales of this wine will be destined to the initiatives of the Fundación Aloha Cares, supporting social and sports projects.
